Week 1 June 29th - July 3rd
Week 2 July 6th - July10th

Week 5 August 10th - August 14th
Week 6 August 17th - August 21st
Week 7 August 24th - August 28th
9am -10am Warm up
10am -11am Flexibility and Strength
11am -12pm Classical Ballet
12pm - 1pm Lunch and Rest
1pm - 2pm Rhythmic Gymnastics skills/acrobatic technique
2pm - 3pm Rhythmic gymnastics apparatus technique (ribbons, balls, ropes, clubs and hoops)
3pm - 4pm Creative time (rhythmic art, rhythmic videos and creative dance, crafts.
4pm Pick up time
Late pick up 4-5pm ($20 per hour)
Registration fees:
($395 per week full day 9am-4pm)
($225 per week half day 9am-12pm)
(Late pick up 4-5pm Mon-Friday $100 per week or $20 per h)
One day camp $95 Half day $60

The Mission of Bala Gymnastics is to encourage participation and pursuit of excellence in all aspects of rhythmic gymnastics. Bala Gymnastics training facility welcomes young girls, ages 4 and up, to explore the "Rhythmic Gymnastics World”. All beginners and competitive team students are welcome to join our rhythmic gymnastics classes and summer camps.
Rhythmic Gymnastics is the perfect sport to teach body awareness and control - skills that will assist in the development of athletic potential for any sporting endeavor.
This is a fascinating Olympic sport that has already gained great popularity in the United States.
It is a marvelous blend of traditional gymnastics, dance and ballet with the use of such apparatus as the ribbon, rope, ball, hoop and clubs.
It is a sport that develops grace and beauty for young girls
and challenges them to exceed while improving their skills in ballet, dance and coordination.

2020 BALA GYMNASTICS COACHES
Mrs. Valeriya Neikova Shopa is the head coach and founder of Bala Gymnastics
Mrs. Valeriya is a former Bulgarian rhythmic gymnast and experienced coach. She has been teaching in the US since 2000. Valeriya helped many beginners and competitive level rhythmic gymnasts achieve awards at state, regional and national competitions in the US.
Miss Yoanna Ivanova started teaching in our gym in 2017 She is a coach at Bala Gymnastics
and a former National AGG member and rhythmic gymnast from Bulgaria. She is also a national rhythmic gymnastics and aesthetic group gymnastics judge. Miss Anna will help train Bala gymnastics team and recreational members in both rhythmic and aesthetic gymnastics. She also teaches beginners classes.
