The mission of Bala Gymnastics is to encourage participation and pursuit of excellence in all aspects of rhythmic gymnastics.
Our gymnastics school welcomes young girls of all ages to explore the magical world of rhythmic gymnastics.
In addition to instructional and beginners classes we offer special hours for our competitive rhythmic team.
Recreational classes and competitive team anual memberships are offered based on the age group and skill levels of the gymnasts.
Head coach Valeriya Neikova will select the members of the competitive gymnastics team each season.

Bala Gymnastics
Valeriya Neikova is a former Bulgarian rhythmic gymnast and experienced coach who currently coaches in the US at Bala Gymnastics school. She helped many competitive levels rhythmic gymnasts, earn US awards at State, Regional, National and International competition events.
In 2023 Valeriya advanced one of her top students to level 10 FIG level who currently represents the National Team of Irland.

Season 2024
We are Rhythmic gymnastics professional coaches who are certified USAG members.
Our Instructors are also recognized Internationally with AGG coaching and judging membership from US and Bulgaria. Coaches Anna Ivanova, Sedona Martin, Blayzen Carroll and Valeriya will train and select new competitive team members each season.
