The mission of Bala Gymnastics is to encourage participation and pursuit of excellence in all aspects of rhythmic gymnastics.
Our gymnastics school welcomes young girls of all ages to explore the magical world of rhythmic gymnastics.
In addition to instructional and beginners classes we offer special hours for our competitive rhythmic team.
Recreational classes and competitive team annual memberships are offered based on the age group and skill levels of the gymnasts.
Coach Valeriya Neikova will select the members of the competitive gymnastics team each season.

Head coach and founder of
Bala Gymnastics school
is Valeriya Neikova, a former Bulgarian rhythmic gymnast and experienced coach who currently teaches at our school. Miss Valeriya helped many competitive level gymnasts to earn awards at State, Regional, National and International competition events. In 2023 coach Valeriya advanced one of her top rhythmic gymnasts Blayzen Carroll to the highest level in the sport. Blayzen is a current National Team member representing the Irish National Team and she is currently working as an assistant head coach at Bala Gymnastics.

Our Rhythmic gymnastics coaches are certified USAG professional members.
Coaches and instructors at Bala gymnastics are all recognized international RG and AGG members and judges.
Coaches:
Valeriya Neikova Shopa, Anna Ivanova and Blayzen Carroll, will train and select new competitive team members each season.
